Hello,
A friend of mine has an allergy to milk and loves white chocolate. The only problem is we are having an extremely hard time finding a place (either store or website) that sells Dairy Free White Chocolate. Has anyone come across it in their travels? If so please let me know.
Thank you,
J

Apparently so, she has found a company located in the US, but its on back order. I thought I would help in her search for it.

I have never come across it. I thought that it was mostly milk. I was wondering if anyone had a recipe to make it. I'm assuming that it would be a combination of milk-free marg, icing sugar, corn syrup...maybe nutriwhip. Any ideas?

I studied in pastry and have never seen a white chocolate without milk... but would really like to see it!!!!!! (I miss my 3 chocolate mousse  )

to make white chocolate you need some cocoa butter and some dairy subsittute and sugar. Cocoa butter is what makes most of the white chocolate and milk and sugar makes the rest. No margarine, corn syrup or anything else really
