Hi - I'm new here - just wanted to mention a product I've been using and love - its a replacement for Peanut Butter called Soy Nut Butter (no nut in it - only Soy Beans - I called the company) - this may not be new to you and I am aware of Pea Butter but haven't seen anyone mention this product yet. If anyone has already used it, do you know if you can bake cookies with it?

Hi, I've never baked with soynut butter. But peabutter makes great cookies. :D I've also made peabutter cups (like reese's pb-cups but with peabutter). Messy to make, yummy to eat. :)

There are some recipes on www.peabutter.ca

I've seen cookie recipes with Soy Butter so I would go ahead and try.
