I have come across a couple of recipes that call for soy cream or soy parmesan. I have never seen either of these products at the store. Has anyone else seen them or know who makes them?

Thanks

For Parmesan, I normally found it in grocery stores or health food store. Be carefull as there is one that is Veggie and the other one is Vegan. The veggie one has milk in it. I do not remember the brand name, all I recognize it from is the big VEGGIE or VEGAN writen in large letters on it. They make cheese slices and they also have the paremesan next to it normally. The vegan one is a little harder to find, but if you find the veggie one, you can ask the store to order some vegan ones too.

As for cream... I have been using Nutri-whip as a substitute for cream... but it's sweet so it depends what you want to do with it.
