Does no one eat bacon or ham or luncheon meats. Then have a reaction afterawards?
Even white flour has nitrates. It is very common additive used in many different things.Meats, white flour, cookies, basicly anything made with white flour that you can buy in the store. We make our own pasta from whole wheat flour, it does not have the additive. Any cookies or muffins, bread, etc have to made with only whole wheat flour that way I do not anaphylaxis as that is what happens to me.
