I wanted to see if any of the other members of this forum had any experience with having an allergic reaction to a new or existing tattoo.

Should allergic people be discouraged from getting tattoos?

Any help would be greatly appreciated?

I was actually afraid of this when I got my first tattoo, because I have very sensitive skin, and seeing how it can flare up after years I am kind of skeptical on getting another tattoo now. It can happen though and if you have allergies I would advise against it, though that can be a hard thing to say to someone. It's a risk you take though if you decided to do it.
