Hi!
Is there anyone out there that has as much a problem with eyeglasses as I do?
My major problem with them is where the glasses touch my nose. Whether it is the nose piece or the or the plastic frame that touches my nose, it makes my nose itchy, which drives me crazy. I've tried coating them with Suncoat nailpolish, but it doesn't help.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Heather!

Perhaps you are allergic to the chemical compounds in the nose pads. Perhaps have your optomatrist change them to a different set and see if that helps.

I think that likely is the problem.

I have tried two different types of nose pads, but once they start breaking down, probably from the oils in my skin, then they start to bother me. It means having them changed quite often, like once a month. If there was an alternative, so that I didn't have to do this, it would be great.
