I was my fault I think. I was to trusting.

I was given a nose spray to help with my enviromental allergies. Well when I used it and I got a splitting headache, nauseated, I even threw up once. Well it fell out of my purse and I read the ingrediants. It had citric acid in it, somthing that I am highly allergic to. SO just a reminder don't trust anyone not even a doctors with your allergies.

I had a similar experience. The allergist gave me medication that had milk in it and he said, "well, try it, you might be ok". I politely walked out of the office and threw it out when I got home. Needless to say, I didn't go back.
Shocking, I know...

Reminds me of Smokey the Bears slogan, "Only you can prevent forrest fires.".
(Just change forrest fires to anaphylaxis, obviously  .)
