I am allergic to nuts, peanuts and almost all raw fruits and vegetables, recently I have been even experiencing mouth itchiness from lettuce, I mean common, LETTUCE?! argh. So my question is, is there any safe multivitamin i can take to get essential nutrients from?

I don't know of any vitamins but if you are allergic to many raw vegetables, it sounds like an oral allergy. You should still be able to get most of your vitamins etc from cooked vegetables. You would certainly still need the fibre that they offer.

If you make a list of the fruits and vegetables you are reacting to, you might find that they belong to one or two families. You could then look toward other plant families to try.

Sometimes our bodies can become over reactive and staying away from alergens for a period of time seems to help calm this down a bit.

Good luck!
