This was taken at Tesco, a supermarket chain in the UK known for putting allergy warnings on every single one of their products.

well, it is funny, but they have to put the sign there, its the law.
you buy a packet of peanuts and they will have the warning on them, usually 'may contain' this is because of the dangers of cross contamination of other nuts.

:rofl The bags of almonds etc in box bin labelled nuts & seeds and then the advice that they are not suitable for people with nut allergies...well, duh!

I find it ironic that the UK would have such strict laws about labelling and yet they seem so reluctant to prescribe epinephrine. :dungetit

On the same note - I bought a nursing cover today to made breastfeeding in public easier, and there was a warning on the box saying "Do not leave child unattended in the nursing cover.." seriously?...
