Crap, crap - brought in scads of groceries last night following long work day.
Slammed trunk closed - not realizing purse still inside.

Does anyone remember at what temp Epis are too cold, no longer any good?
2 pens in purse - ohhhh.

Also waiting to see if cell revives.
Idiot woman.

Gwen, I copied this from the EPIPEN webiste......looks like you might need to buy new ones :banghead ...thought I'd add the brick wall icon for you  It was fairly cold last night, is your car parked in a garage or outside?

Quote:

Ideally, EpiPen/EpiPen Jr. should be stored at 25ºC (77ºF). However, excursions in the range of 15º–30ºC (59º–86ºF) are permitted. These temperatures apply when storing the EpiPen/EpiPen Jr., as well as when you carry your pen with you during the course of a day.

If exposed to temperatures outside of these storage conditions, the product will be compromised and should be replaced.

EpiPen/EpiPen Jr. is not to be refrigerated, frozen or stored in a vehicle for any length of time.

Yeah, it was cold, I'd replace them. Yuck. Who has that kind of extra money at this time of year?

Thanks you guys for the advice.
I'll replace; not worth the risk.

Good thing I'm in the lucrative - :rofl - field of publishing.

In better news, the cell is fine. G

I know it's a bummer and I'm sure the posts have been somewhat tongue in cheek, but let's not even pretend for a moment that we might consider not replacing life saving medication!
As a reminder to those who might find it a finacial burden, there is help.
