Hello out there,

This is new for me. Anyone anaphylactic to milk, wheat, eggs, soy and peas? I could use some tips!

Hi Supi, welcome to the board. I'm anaphylactic to egg and soy...majorly allergic to peas + am allergic to wheat. I can have milk, but other members of my family can't have milk so I'm used to dealing with this allergy as well. I have other allergies, and I just don't eat very much processed/manufactured food because I can't have the ingredients (baking is tough because I can't have the things that people allergic to wheat can eat...like potato starch, corn starch + I tend to avoid xantham gum because of a corn allergy..although I'm not sure if that is necessary). If you have any specific questions, I'd be happy to try to help---I might get back to you after the holidays, though. --Lisa
