We're planning a holiday to the Caribbean next year and wonder how everyone keeps their EpiPens cool in the very hot weather. We don't get extreme heat in Alberta. Does wearing a carrier under a shirt keep them cool enough, or do further precautions need to be taken? What do you do?

Sorry if this has been mentioned elsewhere; I couldn't find anything with the search feature.
