Great question. I acquired a few new skills; here are a few:

- Learning to read a label accurately at lightning speed.
- Learning to cook better (since I've now had lots of practice).
- At same time, learning to cut corners cooking rather than being a plodding perfectionist.
- Learning to speak up about my allergies. Even if I'm in a crowded restaurant and there's no way to discreetly get my allergies across. So be it, I'm not opting for a reaction.

Super trigger senses :rofl for example, i have an allergy to wool, but keep coming across clothing items from before i developed my allergy. A few moments ago i accidentally came upon a wool sweater and i could tell before i touched it (i grabbed the hanger) that it was trouble.

It was quite funny when i dropped it and SCREAMED from across the house "*BROTHERS NAME* I NEED YOU!!!" "*Sigh* For?' "Wool sweater!"
