AnneMarie - sorry for the delayed reply. All your suggestions are good ones and we will be implementing those kinds of things to reduce the risks. Still wish I had that crystal ball though!

I've been busy getting things ready for his school (it starts before Labour Day in QC) and will post about that in the school section when I have a moment.
