Hello

I have some sad news to report. I emailed the owner of Twin Cove Confections yesterday to buy some safe halloween chocolates for my son. Her husband emailed back with the tragic news that his wife (the owner of the company) passed away on Monday from Cystic Fybrosis. He said the business is going to shut down.

I sent him my condolences and told him how much her efforts meant to our family.

Just wanted to pass this along.

That is so sad. :(
I am sure that she was very proud of their business.
I can imagine that it is extremely difficult to carry on with business as usual folowing a death but especially so when all of the business partners are related and greiving together.

That's so sad to hear, but thank you for letting us know.

We'll all remember the beautiful work she did.

I just read this post and I am so sad. I bought from her all of the time, while I never met her pseronally, we spoke a few times. I had no idea of her personal situation. What a terrible loss. I believe she was quite young and has young children. Too, too sad...

thank you for letting us know.
