It promises to be a very exciting conference, for adults, teens and kids.

A bilingual conference for families, caregivers and educators interested in allergies, anaphylaxis, and asthma.

Sunday, October 21, 2007
8 am – 5 pm
La Cité collégiale
801 Aviation Parkway
Ottawa, Ontario

The conference will include:
- Medical speakers (in French and English, with simultaneous interpretation courtesy of Health Canada)
- Interactive workshops in both French and English for teens and adults (including one by our own Gwen Smith!)
- A full-day bilingual children’s program for kids with anaphylaxis and asthma and their siblings (ages 3-12), special guests will include Ottawa paramedics from the PPAO and CODE the Dog, their mascot, as well as Chris Pilsworth, the Illusionist
- A lunchtime performance by singer-songwriter Kyle Dine – creator of the food allergy CD You Must Be Nuts! (with cameo appearance by Epi-Man!)
- An allergy- and asthma-aware marketplace with 25 vendors
