One caveat to listeners -- when I was listing the top-8 allergens, I forgot to mention egg in the listing, of all things, one of my own allergies! However, I did mention egg in the context of the interview. I also mentioned less commonly allergenic foods while emphasizing that there are numerous possible food allergens beyond the top-8 (or 9).
