I thought they did a pretty good job. I saw it on tv last night, and turned it off when I thought it was over. Unfortunately, after the commercial break they did a bit with Dr. Gupta  and people didn't seem impressed with him. He didn't cover things about allergies to well in the past either.

I did like the doctor they interviewed during the above clip though.

Thanks a lot for posting, AM.

Hadn't been able to see it on the night it aired. Dr. Wood was good.

Hard to believe a colleague of his - or colleague's wife? - didn't know about cross-contamination. Just shows the uphill job we have with anaphylaxis awareness. /G

Please correct me if I am wrong. But, if I am not mistaken, from past segments that I have seen on CNN. Dr. Sanji Gupta focuses on allergies because he also suffers from life threatening allergies/ anaphalaxis.

Dr. Wood, the doctor interviewed in the clip has anaphylactic allergies.

What I've seen of Dr. Gupta in the past I wasn't impressed with what he said - and I missed it this time, but others told me they were not impressed. I'm not aware of him having allergies.

Dr. Sanji Gupta as far as I know is a neroulogist. I watched the show and my Husband I did not even notice he talked about allergies. We thought it was a differnent topic and ignored him.
The otherDoctor was great! He has ana to peanuts and had cross containimation from food from a Allergiest home. We did like him and thought he was very understanding and knowledgeable.
