One St. Clare's doctor settles in bee sting malpractice suit

Quote:
The heart of the medical malpractice claim is that physicians at St. Clare's in Sussex ruled out a reaction to a bee sting without conducting proper tests and concluded Hensley suffered heat stroke. He recovered, but a month later, on Aug. 20, 2005, he was again mowing his lawn when his wife, Melissa, saw him swatting himself and knew he'd been stung. He died about an hour later at the hospital.

If he'd had an EpiPen, he'd be alive today. :(
