Quote:
A new survey conducted by the Allergy/Asthma Information Association, an organization founded in 1964 by a group of parents with children with severe allergies, offers an interesting view into the world of Canadian families living with severe food allergies and anaphylaxis.

Quote:
For those of us who do not have to worry about allergic reactions, the survey and its findings can only be described as eye-opening.

That article reminds me of why it is nice to have AL forum for support, friendship and laughter!

Today, my teen is going to a friend's house who is a vegetarian. I am envisioning tree nuts everywhere : :frightened but must trust that she will be careful.
