UUUUGGGG! If these people (the ones who take great pride in showing their ignorance by commenting after ever news article possible) spent the same amount of time that they do at their computer educating themselves and becoming less ignorant think how much better place the world would be.

I agree....and I was thinking, I wonder how they would feel about someone in an operating room that they are depending on to operate or assist or whatever and oops .....having a reaction....some people only get it if it affects them personally. And then I think...all this info out there.....why don't they get it? Some things are so easy to fix, and if it's no "skin off your teeth" then what's the big deal?

I usually try not to read comments after allergy articles because people can be so ignorant.... :verymad

My only comment is I would like them to have to join our "CLUB"!

Usually I would like to keep our numbers down, but they are the exception, they can join!!

I agree paige H, but I have been toughening up and reading all I can...even the ignorance of some. Although, I will admit, I have had to stop reading sometimes as it does get really bad sometimes.
I guess I like to know what I'm up against and it get's my blood going and my fighting spirit up. As for them joining the club....I wonder how Joel Stein is doing?

Check back, a couple of people who actually know something about latex allergies weighed in.

But yes, these commenters are often the internet equiv. of hecklers. Anonymous shouters.
