LeAnn Rimes speaks to Jimmy Kimmel about her allergies. I don't know what her diagnosis is or what type of Dr she has but I have never heard of using Novocain to treat a reaction! Maybe it's just me... :scratchy

Quote:
"I had allergies going on that I never had. The other day I woke up with no voice," LeAnn told Jimmy during the interview. "I went to the doctor. My head was swollen and literally my face was swollen."

After receiving treatment from her doctor—a shot of Novocain up her nose—the singer was not supposed to sing or talk. "I can't talk for the next two weeks after here," said LeAnn.

She is such a fame(bad word :o ) and a nutcase, I wouldn't believe anything that comes out of her mouth. That makes no sense at all. Allergies among the stars are very trendy - sometimes I think they just need something to talk about on those talk shows. At least Julie Bowen is legit! I really like the messaging she is giving.

Thanks, I honestly don't know this person so I can't vouch for her unknowledge of allergies. It certainly sounds like it could have been an allergic reaction but Novocain? That's a new one!
