Actually, I believe it will be out sometime in early April.

I think the best thing is to wait and see how it is hashed out in the media.

It's likely impossible for anyone to take him to task right now (unless there is a rule that coroners aren't allowed to speak to the media in the middle of an investigation), because he hasn't made his final findings public. It's a tricky situation for everyone involved, unfortunately.
