I want to say first that I am so impressed with this website and Sabrina's Law!
I have an 8 year old daughter with a severe nut allergy and have had to fight tooth and nail to ensure her saftey. I have had to go as far as taking her out of school her kindergarten year and placing her into another "safer" school.....It's horrible, and no child should have to be moved like that as far as I'm concerned because of adults/teachers that can't get their crap together.
I would love to see Sabrina's Law passed in my hometown!

Aw, such kind words. I must say that this forum is different from others I have been to.
I think that this has got to be the most optimistic and supportive group! I think that this is inpart due to to the fact that we must succeed in this because the alternative is unthinkable.

Even a negative situation can become a positive if it is seen as a learning experience.
The Sara and Mike Shannon are examples of two who have taken the worst possible experience and created something good and lasting albeit not for them but for others.

I'm glad you found us and hope that we can help you and that you can share and in turn help us. We are all in this together.
:)
