Your efforts will be appreciated by many other parents and many that won't even know it!

Perhaps the board had no policy and are having to create it...

So what's concidered a reasonable ammount of time to comply with legislation that went into effect Jan. 2006?

I'm so glad that the M of Ed has gotten involved. The board and the school will have to deal with them.

Daughter: asthma, allergies to egg, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, most legumes (not soy) & penicillin. Developing hayfever type allergies.
Husband: no allergies
Me: allergies to some tree that flowers in May
Cat: allergic to beef, pork and lamb
