He'd be the man to do it! I lucked out with this guy! :D

I called a local independent Italian pizza place today (Casa di Giorgio in Toronto which, for the record, is AWESOME). They said there is NO sesame in their dough. Reinforces the idea of checking out the local Italian pizzarias if you're looking for seed free crust.
