I called Spitz to enquire if their sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds are peanut and sesame safe. They are. :D They are sold in the shell.

They have a newer product line which includes shelled seeds and nuts - but they are produced in a different city - so it does not affect the original product - plain and flavoured are both safe.

you can also eat squash seeds---I've prepared them myself (from fresh squash) in the same way as pumpkin seeds. They bother my throat slightly, though (as do pumpkin seeds) so I'm not going to eat them anymore.
