I was surprised to see that soy protein wasn't listed as an ingredient on the package for Inteceptor heartworm medication and only through research was able to find this out.

Now my pup is in quarantine just as a precaution to avoid me having a possible reaction. I haven't been able to find any information on folks who have had reactions to their pet's medication but leave it to me to be the first - so I'll keep you posted.

What is the policy for Canadian pharma companies in labeling for allergens?

Grrrr..
