Anaphylaxis Canada is hosting an information session about insect sting allergies and venom immunotherapy treatment. The session will take place in Toronto on Wednesday March 24th at the North York Memorial Community Hall.

Come hear local allergist Dr. David Hummel speak about managing insect sting allergies and possible treatment options including venom immunotherapy. You'll also hear first hand from a patient who will share his experience of receiving venom immunotherapy treatment.
A question and answer session will follow the presentations.

When: Wednesday March 24, 2010
Time: 7:00pm - 9:00pm
Registration: Opens at 6:30pm
Cost: $25.00
Where: North York Memorial Community Hall, 5110 Yonge Street, Toronto
Registration Deadline: March 13, 2010

Directions: If you are driving, North York Memorial Community Hall is located four blocks north of Sheppard Avenue on the west side of Yonge Street. There is public parking on North York Blvd, Park Home Avenue, and Beecroft Road. Taking public transit, take the Yonge Street subway line to the North York Centre subway stop. It is accessible from the station.

I'm sure any of you who signed up have heard via Anaphylaxis Canada, but this event got cancelled.
