Another great story about how when dealt a challenge in life you can turn it around and create a great positive .

Quote:
Trained at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.... Two years later, he was diagnosed with celiac and type 1 diabetes....After starting insulin and revamping his diet to avoid gluten he returned to work........ focused their business on making frozen prepared meals in an allergy-friendly facility, avoiding allergens such as gluten, eggs, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, sesame, fish and shellfish.

What is boggling yet again are the comments or lack of comments. I see that 5 of the 7 comments have been removed from the article due to content. ..And of the two remaining one is saying those with allergies should stay home....!!! I'm very thankful the paper removed them but really, when is this bullying , ignorant behavior going to stop towards food allergies.
