Hi Honey Bee,

Breakouts (bad), little cuts and rashes, patches of skin that are painfull to the touch. Tightening of the throat and chest, buzzing of the face, headaches, light sensitivity, joint pain in my legs. numbness of legs and arms, stomach issuses, crashing ( drop dead asleep), temporary paralysis, mood swings, can't talk or inpaired speech and the list goes on

You sound like me with ALL the above problems except the pimple breakouts (although I do get them to chocolate).

You should look into Periodic Paralysis and Mitochondrial Disease. Both of these conditions are often occuring simultaneously with food allergies. Food allergies are also a trigger for them. Either condition would explain the non-standard allergic reactions like: buzzing of the face, headaches, light sensitivity, joint pain in your legs, numbness of legs and arms, crashing, temporary paralysis, can't talk or impaired speech.

There is more available information about Periodic Paralysis on-line than Mitochondrial Disease, despite Mito being more common.
