I bought the Fruit Juice that has 2 servings of fruit in it...and omega 3. Well, to my surprise...it has fish gelatin, and fish oils in it. I never would have thought to look at the label for that, except my kids wanted to know what fruit was in it!

This is why we must read every label-you just don't know what weird concoction their going to think of feeding us next!
Read every label 3x
1. Before purchasing
2. When taking it out of the grocery bag/bin
3. When first opening it

It's easy to miss an ingredient when it's such small type or written on shinhy silver foil etc.

Read every label 3x did I mention that already? :)

Silk soy milk has an Omega 3 fortified milk available. Silk is 100%vegan so there is no fish or any other animal product in there. My son is allergic to fish and has lactose sensitivity, so when I read your post I went out and read his soy milk container and feel good about giving that to him. Hope this helps!

Omega 3's can be plant based or fish based. Important to read the label and see where it comes from.
