Hello all,

Being allergic to fish and seafood, I have often wondered if it's safe to eat omega 3 eggs? Anyone else out there wondering about this?

I am now avoiding eggs until I get a more precise answer on this (I used to eat regular eggs before the omega-3 frenzy started but I'm afraid now to starting eating eggs again).

Thank you very much.

From the quick search that I did, it looks like the Omega 3's come from feeding the hens flaxseed...but I would check the brand that you are looking at to make sure :) hope this helps a bit :)
