I bought a hoberman sphere for my son for Christmas. It expands and contracts, making it a great tool for teaching deep breathing plus it's a fun science toys. I am looking to for a family yoga dvd and only found a couple of choices. Does anyone have any they have tried ?

I have been thinking of the stress that living with life threatening allergies puts on our kids, and our families. I would like to try to be proactive in teaching how to take care of ourselves through relaxation.

I have also just begun a yoga class to help with my breathing. I never thought about trying to get my son involved though. That's a great idea. I've never seen any family yoga videos but if you find some and post what their names are it would be much appreciated.
