hi i am sorry i have been gone so long, can anyone help me, i need another listing of casien ingredients....i am giving katarah something she shouldn't have, and i am not sure, what about coconut oil? any one please help

Coconut oil-I don't know what ths is related to but it is not concidered a nut.

I'm confused by your post, why are you giving her something she shouldn't have?

i am ACCIDENTLY giving her something and i can't figure out what it is....i was wondering if i am missing a name on my forbidden list, that is all, i am not intentionally giving her something,

thank you for the lists and i will double check the food she has eaten lately...thanks
