Talking Allergies

I sent my husband for allergy testing last Tuesday and he's been told to cut dairy completely out of his diet. The only problem is all the different words that are used to describe "dairy". I know whey and casein mean "milk". What else means "milk"? Thanks!

Make sure you read product labels carefully to avoid products that contain milk and milk derivatives. Avoid food and products that do not have an ingredient list and read labels every time you shop. Ugh! As if my shopping trip didn't already take waaay too long.
