My daughter is anxious to start cooking and I was wondering if anyone has heard of a dairy-free cooking class within Ottawa?

I haven't found one but then, dd and I cook all of the time so I haven't really been looking.
I wouldn't trust too many people to organize and run a cooking class that was safe for allergens.
Maybe you should suggest this to the local support group in Ottawa (OASG). Perhaps, if they have enough interest, they would consider creating such an event.
