I'm a mom of a peanut allergic son but also have a peanut and egg allergic nephew. For Father's Day yesterday I made 24 egg-free/peanut free chocolate cupcakes (with orange buttercream frosting) and they were a big hit! I thought I'd share the recipe on my blog if anyone is interested in a very moist chocolate cake (which can be made dairy-free by using carob chips as well as substituting water for the milk).

Enjoy!
