Watching a cooking show Access, Simple Fresh Delicious http://www.accesstv.ca/Shows.aspx?pd=40 and on it they http://www.greenseggsandham.ca/index.php?w=1345 are talking about people that are allergic to chicken eggs not having any problem with duck eggs. So, you know me, gotta check more into that..and find this

This does sound very interesting but the comment "No known allergies"??? I would be very careful. As I know you would. But wouldn't that be great. I wonder if you could skin test with out eating? Just to be able to do baking with those eggs would be good.
