karen, yes the grandules don't have milk. That's what my son takes. The adult doses have lactose. I've looked into getting my meds compounded but it is very expensive and the insurance does not cover it because the pharmacy is not in network (military insurance).

Ahhh. That's not good - about the insurance not covering it. Doesn't make sense. :(
