Watch out for Chinese food where they use 'oyster' sauce for flavoring. Especially if you have shellfish allergies. Might taste good....but then.... :roll:

Not sure if the oyster flavouring is real or synthetic, or if it would make a difference. I'm thinking of this because Kernels Popcorn has synthetic pecan flaouring in one of their popcon varieties.
