Ok, I had spagetti the other night but I can't eat wheat right now so I had the sauce on Qunoa and it was quite tasty :)

Soon afterwards, my throat and tongue were SO itchy! Much like something crawling all over it and it drove me nuts for a few hours afterwards. I don't believe I made it any different than I did before in the past (I make it homemade).

So, what gives with this food? I eat Quinoa several times a week and don't have issues with it so it has to be the sauce.

i have a friend who has an allergy to the plants in the nightshade family, this includes tomato, garlic, potato and a bunch of other things (google it for the whole list) maybe it's something to discuss with your doctor

Are your sure there's no wheat in the spaghetti sauce?

The ingredients don't show wheat, would it be hidden? It's the store brand of tomato sauce.

Anyway, I re-created that meal just last evening and had no reaction. Now I wish I could recall anything else I had eaten that day! I need a food diary.
