Is there a skin test that is used to find out which chemicals I'm sensitive to?
I also have food allergies and now chemical sensitivities. :x

I've had patch testing done by allergists and dermatologists. Typically, small amounts of various chemicals/substances are placed on your back, then covered. You come back three days later to have them examined (no showering!).

TRUE Test is one company that provides this type of stuff to doctors, but my docs often made their own supplies, serums, and batches.

I know I couldn't stand having that done. I'm too old. 8)

Hi JustineHH If you have a sensitivity to harsh shampoos and chemicals you need to find more natural things to replace the toxic ones you get at the stores. My company offers these but you'll have to pm (personal message) me if you want to know more. My family doesn't use the harsh ones either for the same reason so I sympathize with what you're going through.
