Hey all,

Sorry I've been missing in action for a few days. Really busy on things such as overhauling the homepage. Check out all the new features and excerpts.

And Sam's col. is not to be missed. In fact, I sit here "hiding out" from the husband's Christmas party because the menu was seafood o-rama. Too dangerous for me.

FYI, the fast way back to the homepage is to click the pink Allergic Living logo / circle at the top. Hope you find some good reading.

Also, good eating - I can vouch for the Lamb Stew. I've now added it to my regular repertoire. It's a winner.

I made the lamb stew on Thursday night as well - it was really good! Next up is the Chick pea soup. :)
