is this derived from dairy? the company said the product is dairy-free, but i am still a little worried from lactate.

Interesting, thanks. I am not sure how the company can verify it is safe, in that case! Good thing I kept the receipt.

I'm afraid that we are often dealing with a customer service representative who is reading from a computer file or big fat binder.

If the person who supplies them with the information has not documented an allergen as present, they will tell you it isn't.

They can't always guarantee the supplier is giving them all of the information they need.

We need better label laws.
