We just bought a toaster and would like to know if anyone has found a good type of wheat/barley-free bread that would be good for toasts and/or sandwiches. I tried rice but find it really heavy... anyone tried something else? It also has to be Dairy, Egg, Nut and Peanut free... Thanks!

El Peto makes some good breads. My family's favourite is the Potatoe bread. We don't like the texture so much for sandwiches, but it's great toasted. We also like their raisin bread. They also carry a number of other great products:
