I walked in last night to pick up my son and even though I have talke to them over and over about what he can and can't eat....he was eating Pizza Hut pizza ( and I read on here that their sauce has anchovie powder) so I freaked a little... and now they want a list of what foods could possibly affect him. Can anybody help me with a simple list of kid friendly foods to give them? I printed most of this forum to give them but....who knows if they will hit home how serious this allergy is for him.

I suspect that you are best advising them to only give him foods which you have supplied.

Basically, everything is suspect until proven safe. each product ingredient label has to be read every singletime because products are modified from time to time and ingredients can change or the ingredients of other products made on the same equipment can change.

If you don't trust them to get it (and I trust few people) just send all the food.
