I have emailed Natura asking if the are milk free-they will list they are free of other allergens but not milk/they do say lactose free. I have been waiting 10 days for a response. I am so leary of soy milk since So Good having traces of millk (long time ago)
I am now looking at Silk Soy and have emailed them (today)

I just sent them an e-mail. We drink a lot of Natura and my daughter has a severe milk allergy.

I prefer to communicate in e-mail. I like to think that if someone is going to sign their name to the statement they'll do more that quote from the big blue binder.
Quote:
A member of my family has several severe and life threatening food allergies which require us to avoid several of the top 8 priority food allergens (specifically milk, egg, peanut and all tree nuts)

I am writing to you to inquire about the top 8 food allergens and specifically your Natura Soy milk (Original flavour).

Obviously, your products contain soy but, can you advise me if this product is manufactured in a plant that also manufactures products which contain any of the other top 8 priority food allergens namely peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, milk, wheat, sesame, fish and shellfish?

If yes, is this product manufactured on production lines which also manufacture products which contain the top 8 allergens.

If yes, what is your company policy regarding line cleaning and cautionary statements?

I am very much involved in an internet support forum for people with food allergies (Allergic Living http://www.allergicliving.com/forum/index.php ). I hope to share your information with others who are also concerned about ingesting their allergens, with your permission, of course.

I used to drink their soymilk and they stopped labelling it gluten-free. I emailed them twice with no response.
I did end up switching to Almond Breeze and Silk, and now my mom (who used to drink Silk) enjoys Ryza.
