I'd hate to council anyone to restrict the diet more than is necessary however, I am very cautious and if my child was reacting at all to a food and was already known to have an food allergies...I would not feed them the foods which cause reactions but make an appointment to follow up with her allergist.

She can eat beef, Turkey, fish right? Have you tried venison, elk, emu etc?
Can she eat shellfish? Legumes? Soy? Eggs?

Dietary restrictions are no fun, but there is more to life than chicken or pork. (She might turn out to not be allergic to those foods but I personally would not take a chance.
