hi there i made myself some tofu lasgna last night, i'm lactose intollerant (not allergic so might come in contact doesn't scare me so much as the word cheese) anyway, i've not tried it yet i've forzen it for lunches, but it looks really unfiished (i've been working around food for far too long) does anyone have an ideas as to what to put on top just to make it look complete??
oh and i dispise soy cheese or i would have tried (it's one of the few soy products i don't eat)

Hmmm...we were pleased that we found a tofu lasagna recipe that tasted wonderful, we didn't get too caught up in the missing golden brown bubbly cheese. Just looking at the layer of sauce was ok, because we knew it was tasty inside. I think you might be able to slice red/green/orange peppers so they make the pretty circle and toss a few of those on top, along with some artfully placed mushroom slices. Good luck!
